Grifolic armour

Grifolic equipment is a medium level set of magical equipment requiring threescore Magic and Defence. The visor, poncho, and leggings are created past using the Crafting skill to attach grifolic flakes to a piece of mycelium web armour using a needle and thread and degrades over x hours when used. The other pieces do not degrade and are obtainable as monster drops. The orb and gloves are dropped by grifolaroos, while the wand and shield are dropped by grifolapines.

The armour is not frequently used as it is expensive to maintain compared to other armours due to the material toll of each repair and the loftier skill. Crafting and repair

Grifolic visors, ponchos and leggings are made with the Crafting skill. Each is made by sewing a number of grifolic flakes, which are obtained as drops from grifolapines and grifolaroos, to the respective pieces of mycelium web armour. The process requires a needle and thread, too as different amounts of grifolic flakes and different Crafting levels, as indicated on the tabular array below. The Assist System may be used when creating or repairing grifolic armour.

Grifolic gloves and orbs are dropped past grifolaroos, and wands and shields are dropped by grifolapines. They cannot exist made with Crafting.

Grifolic visors, ponchos and leggings dethrone over thirty,000 charges of combat (a minimum time of 5 hours) before they revert to the corresponding piece of mycelium web armour. Partially degraded parts can be repaired using a fairly scaled corporeality of grifolic flakes (e.g. a 10% degraded visor will need 40 flakes to repair), which too requires the relevant Crafting level, a needle, and some thread, and gives scaled Crafting experience. Gloves, wands, orbs, and shields do not degrade.
